it looks better in person!!
at the store it was pinkish with yellow tips, no yellow/orange or green at all. I am extremely happy with how it looks and it still has some coloring up to do!

It's been at the store for prob two months or more. It was a dark brownish red under stores LEDs, nothing like it does in his tank! There's still the other red one that has been there just as long, and is also bright orange under standard LEDs.  |

the only difference in the look between the two i looked at was this one had funny looking tips, so I took a chance and i have never been happier! glad I did.
the pics arent all that accurate if it gets the red in the bulbs like it looks like it will... I am thinking inferno and or flame tip.... if it dosnt get the red and turns more yellow, I am thinking lemon drop but I am leaning toward inferno, fingers crossed!! dosnt matter either way to me. can you say score!!

If I remember correctly, they are both clones that split from a larger one they had. I asked one of the other employees about it and to see if they were half price after it happened and he said no.

the one I got is defiantly different from the other, the one I got was a little more orange and it had whitish tips. the one chi posted the pic of has pink tips. it looks like it could color up to a nice pink tip bta "rainbow bta" Put me down on the waiting list for when it splits! your on the list behind chi  but it will probably be around a year it is small about the size of a 50 cent piece |

Let me know if your interested in the other one that is still at the store. They have been there just long enough now for me to discount them. I just haven't gotten the chance to put up any signage to indicate the discount.
There was originally two larger nems that split, the one I posted the pic of is the one still in the store but under standard blue and white LEDs

Yes, it opens to 2.5-3 inch
