the customer service is ok if you talk to the right person I had a order last week and had to call and they guy I talked to blew me off and made it sound like it wasn't there fault and I was just going to have to live with it! so I emailed the manager and he took care of me personally went out back and hand picked my replacement item sent me a picture of it to ask if it was what I wanted and personally packaged it. so in the end everything worked out but the initial experience wasn't the greatest plus I had to wait an extra week to get the rest of my stuff. very close in prices to dr.fosters and smiths but hands down imo dr.f&s gets them with customer service.100% customer satisfaction no questions asked. but of course BRS has some pretty good RO/DI units and reactors and media in bulk that dr.f&s don't have.
