Why don't you get RO from easy if you don't have a filter it is only 75 cents a gallon

distilled is basically the same as rodi water
but for $150 with a booster pump its worth every penny and if you split a line of the ro before the di chamber you can drink it

I don't have a rodi unit yet. I frequently buy easy water. Good stuff. I'm there enough. I like helping local companies.

I get mine from Wal-Mart 33 cent a gallon they have a refill station in the back that's ro and run through a uv just bring a 5gl jug on weekly shopping trips only place in ellsworth that has it

distilled is basically the same as rodi water Ehhh, depends. Some distillation uses copper pipe for condensation. Be careful out there.

Be careful with Walmart RO, always check their full stations service dates, I've seen times that they don't clean and check for months
