Anyone have any idea what this lump is on my Naso's lips? He is at the end of his QT and this popped up in the last day or two. Attachments:

I googled that, it sounds like it isn't a huge deal, nothing can be done about it, but any idea if its contagious?

Perhaps. I think only if other fish are stressed.

From my understanding its contagious if the other fish have direct contact with the infected spot. At large public aquaria they will sometimes actually remove the growth to make the fish not look so bad.
