was told it was ok to have different types of anemones add long as they were far away from each other?I have 2 sebea anemones and I just got a carpet anemone?!? there 3 feet apart but the carpet and my bigger sebea have there mouths open and the carpet is shrunk up? it doesn't look unhealthy it's still bright and colorful but I'm just worried it's gonna end up bad. I've done some research and read all different things from good and bad some people say they will settle done amd other people say they can't co exist? anyone on here have personal experience with having both?

If they stay out of each other's way, you're fine. If they don't, it can be a disaster. In the best case you lose at least one anemone. In the worst you crash your tank - a dying anemone creates a huge load on the tank.
Personally I would never keep two different types of anemones in the same tank. My 2 cents.

surprisingly enough the carpet has only moved about 3 inches from where I put him so fingers crossed he stays put! I'll get rid of the other 2 if I absolutely have to!

I keep a heteractis crispa sebae with 3 rose bubble tips without any issues. The trick is getting them all where they won't move.
