Hoping someone knows more than I do about this(it's not difficult, I'm sure) what are these clear/white things under these mushrooms?

It's hard to tell from the photo but if the mushroom gets torn on the base it can let its digestive organs sort of fall out. That's what it kinda looks like to me.

Mine always live thru it. They just get super pissed, spew out long stringy white stuff then are fine lol. Or, they split

That makes sense. I was a bit rough I suppose when I got them out. What is the best way to get them off of where they are attached?

I use a sharp razor and cut just a little bit of the rock off to, like sand almost really, but it makes it easier to attach them to something else. But sometimes I just chop them off (sometimes hard to reach places it's all you can do to reach them) and they still come back fine. Pretty hard to kill a mushroom lol
