So they got back to me. The one I like is 114$ shipped. That's if you buy 10 of them. I hope I can get a good price for 2 but who knows.

OK so... after looking up the company and reading a lot I guess they are known for ripping people off. They wont take PayPal only western union (red flag) and if you by some miracle get the items it wont be what you wanted. I'm backing out. I think ill her the reef breeders budget lights for 179.00

really? where did you get your info? and from which company? I am using paypal with them.... also they are the same company reefbreeders gets there lights from.... and these are shipped and warrantied from the u.s. and not china.... Just to be sure this is for their reef setup correct? Not just blues and whites? guessing you mean the custom color setup? both are for reef tanks it is up to you the only thing I have against the colored leds is reds grow algae and you cant get uv light from a led. 8-12 months of research 2-3 years ago is why I went with 2 colors of blue led and 2 colors of white led when I built mine allot has changed but not the colors

just talked to them the 3w has Chinese led not bridgelux. 3w led only put out 2.2w so bridgelux calls them what they are 2w

Yeah just the website madeinchina has a lot of problems. I found them on another site and they had positive feed back for some orders so I'm a little more trusting. So you only ordered 2 for 108 each?

Just let me know when I was still thinking that the reef custom setup they offer is for me, I have been researching (although not as much as you) that they create a more natural light color with the reds and violets, but doesn't mean you are not correct about the algae, luckily there are only 2 red leds so I do not think it will be a make or break for algae. Interesting on the bridgelux leds, it lists it as having them and if they are made by evergrow they should be the same? From what I have read they are 3 watt leds that are powered at 2.2w, and that is with all fixtures regardless of bridgelux or whatever led. 55*2.2=121 watts = D120
