It would help a lot to know the kind of people your making deals with, who is good who is bad, who it's difficult, etc. Just an idea. I know it's been mentioned by a few people, maybe something to look into?

Thanks, I think it's been pretty much positive trading and buying/selling with and to everyone so far.

This will either amount to a mutual admiration society, or a public airing of grievances. If you trade with somebody and it doesn't go well, and others express interest in trading with them, you can always PM the others and tell them your experience.
I would say if you have a bad transaction, report it to the admin. If admin gets enough complaints about someone, he asks them to leave the group. Just my .02.

I agree with Cowdogz!!! I think if people have a bad transaction they should just not put anything positive and not put any negative either. Report it to the admin... and he can keep track... Also the PM idea is a good idea if someone wants to trade with them... But they should figure it out if there is no positive feedback....

I also had my concerns over this subject. Luckily I think the overall local reefing community as a whole is great to trade with, sell to and buy from.

I Thought there was a karma thing, I gave good karma to those that I've dealt positively with. I felt this initially would be a good idea and may have been the first to suggest it however, we are a small community and I don't want us to end in civil war over some posts so I think we should just be positive and if we have a bad experience to just keep it between yourself and the person. I know we're all good people but on that rare instance I don't want to see a public flame war similar to incidents on nano-reef forum and such.

Why can I give some karma but not others? Just curious?
