if its the clear thing it is a type of worm and they do sting. they're not bad unless they are taking over, some fish like reef chromis or arrow crabs eat them

Its clear yes. Worms are the most gross part of a tank LOL

It almost looks like micro brittle star tentacles to me. I've seen one of ours doing that, waving a couple of tentacles around during feeding time while the rest of him is hiding in a crevice in a rock. They are nocturnal, you could try feeding a couple of flakes or small pellet at night after the lights are out for an hour or so and watch the tank with a red light. You might be able to coax it (star or worm) out of hiding so you can see it better. You'll probably get used to the worms, eventually, and they are great free cleaners. - Coral
