I appreciate the responses I've gotten from this post. I know summer is quiet on the board, but it's also nice to know who's still out there in need of emergency. Over the past few years, I've used this board several times when having issues and like to see it still here for not only myself (reef keeping for over 20 years) but all the newcomers to our hobby. So thank you all

Hello from the new guy. Just registered the other day.I have been keeping freshwater fish for years but I am making the jump to the Saltwater side... I am in the process of setting up and cycling my first saltwater tank now.

Thanks everyone! Ya I understand the summer thing. I have been part of other freshwater only groups that basically go completely dormant in the summer and are full of like in the winter months...

First and foremost, welcome cbrack83! Always nice to see new people joining the hobby. We have a great community of reef keepers new and old. This is another reason I started this thread. It's always nice to know who's out there when you need help😀
