All of my fish prefer brine over mysis. I use Hikari frozen brine. The brine are gut loaded and very clean. Daily I feed the fish in my display brine, cyclops, and Reef Nutrition ROE (small oceanic eggs). My anthias are picky as hell. The cyclops and ROE are small enough that many of my coral can catch and hold on to them. Other than that, I don't feed the corals directly in my display...and they are growing way faster than the corals in my frag tank. What brand of Brine? I was at Oceans in glass and was going to pick up a flat of instant nutrition cyclope and I was comparing the this with the cyclop eeze and the cyclop ezee has ten times the nutritional value than the instant nutrition. Just an observation.

Everything was much higher, Protein, Fat, etc and the moisture content was very low. The problem with Cyclop eeze is that they ran out of product and had a problem re growing their tank cultures. I have been haunting both oceans and unique for months to get the cyclop eeze in and they just got it a few weeks ago.

Anyone feed live black worms? I've been reading a lot about them and there's a lot of Reefers that swear by them.
I'm wondering if supplementing with them would be beneficial? Any personal experience?
