I've been seeing a weird worm like thing in my aquarium and I have no idea what it is. It's not a bristle worm because it lacks bristles. I was thinking bobbit worm but it has more than 5 tentacles around it's mouth and no visible jaws. It's black and whitish striped and so far I've only seen it scavenging from it's hole. What do you think? I'm hoping not something that will eat all of my sexy shrimp when I'm not looking...

Hard to tell from the pic. Peanut worms are pretty distinctive though. Look them up and compare.

most people have them and dont know because they never see them. they stay well hidden, I usually run into them and rock boring clam when im breaking up liverock.

Yeah, this is my work tank so I spend a lot of time staring at it, haha. Good to know it's nothing bad.
