Augusta was all stocked up.....with parasite covered, sick fish. Disappointing to because they had some awesome fish. Can't believe they're sill trying to keep corals alive with that 2 bulb zoo med light.

Topsham Petco is 20% off right now. Unfortunately the tanks looked awful.. multiple fish half-dead, one small clownfish dead being eaten by a serpent star. Corals covered in cyano with closed polyps. Limited selection overall too. I wouldn't waste your time.

I gotta say overall the Bangor petco had a good selection and most livestock appeared healthy.

Augusta had this beautiful clown I wanted so bad, it had some of the best markings I've ever seen but all the fish looked sick. They had like 10 Goby's in this one tank and even they weren't looking good, breathing really hard and every fish had white spots. I thought about getting a couple and trying to qt them but they didn't have any copper and I didn't want to chance buying them and not getting the copper in time.

We went Friday morning to SoPo and picked up an Electric blue ram and a blue ram for my sons tank. We also took a ride to Auburn and I picked up a Tiger goby and a Gorgonian but I am not liking the Gorgonian as it is a short polyp and my end up being traded in.

I'm interested in another one. The one I got from Ryan I think was would caught and doesn't do the greatest in captivity. It looks awesome on almost the entire gorg but seems to be slowly receding around the super glue? Idk never had sick a finicky gorg before... normally they're almost bulletproof.

It is large and Tan to medium brown and has five stocks on it. It is open and feeding I just like the long polyp over the short.

Idk never had sick a finicky gorg before... normally they're almost bulletproof. I have no idea if it was wild caught. I bought it from reefgarender.net and paid way too much for it. On a differnt note, I was having the same issue with other purple gorgs up until recently. I can only figure I had a trace mineral deficiency and water parameter problem because now that I've got my DKH in check and have been dosing Marc Weiss coral vital again, things are regowing and opening up more.

Yeah Idk my dkh is great and I have great extension on everything else. Like I said before I really think these were would caught and just nothing anyone could really do. Hopefully it'll come out of it because it's improved significantly but just doesn't seem to like the glue. I was going to take it out of the glue and put it in reef epoxy but Idk if it would like that either? Lol I dose acro power and feed coral frenzy and Julian sprung's formula- phytoplan
