Good news for Jason every polyp of UC has a baby bud starting on it so you'll likely have two fast. They are 30% below water surface with moderate flow and growing really well for me. I've read high light high-moderate flow works well. I had 2 polyps on my sand bed that became 4 in 2 months then no growth at all I moved them in late February and have 10. I hope they do well for you they are huge!!
