Ok, so let me make sure I've got the facts straight:
I'll ask Rick to set up five tables to be safe..
See if he has a 40 gallon tank…(I don't think he has anything on hand… lots of tanks in his "boneyard" but they are not in good shape.
Should I ask Rick to provide any of these: Heaters, bags, current,
May I recommend that we bring our own extension cords and powers trips… I'm not sure how many he'll have on hand.
I'll call him with some preliminary information a little later and we can continue to lock down details.

He told me earlier we will need to bring all equipment needed, lights, heater, extension cords, etc.

not going to make it to swap. boss told me yesterday I had to leave for kentucky this morning. Im sitting in a hotel in pennsylvania half way there and wont get back till tuesday

I don't need much space. I'm bringing everything in a big cooler. I'll have a netbook running a PowerPoint WYSIWYG with prices. Thing its just easier that way.
