This store offers a fresh feel with all it's colorful and fancy tank setups. The layout of the store is a bit cramped for the size but with some better usage of space it could compensate for the multi room layout. Coral and fish wise, the prices are fair if not better than the other stores but is lacking in variety. That said I've been able to cherry pick quite a few things there over the last year so really it all depends on what your looking for. They carry a lot of the higher end products like tunze pumps. Jason's got about the best selection of liverock around that I've seen. Every time I've been there it's been pretty busy and rightfully so. Jason and his staff are busy providing awesome help to all the many customers. He gives the best deal on buying local frags and is always willing to haggle on price. I really like that Jason is open to ideas and suggestions on how to improve things. This store doesn't make you feel like your doing things wrong and doesn't push sales either. It makes for an overall better buying and browsing experience. For only having been around a little over a year, this store is obviously still under construction in many ways and there's definitely a learning curve but the overall experience has made up for everything. I give a big two thumbs up to Jason and his staff for taking a big warehouse and turning it into the biggest saltwater fish and coral store in the state of Maine.

Another thing is Jason seems always willing to try and beat any prices from the competition as well. He also offers the same super tank sales as some of the other stores. So if your looking for a large tank, new or used even, Jason at easy aquariums can get the lowest price around and they can even customize tanks and stands for customers as well.

+1 also they can usley order you anything you want even if it isn't something they normally stock, and as to being cramped, I was just in there last night and they are in the prosses of removing the 3 75s on that wall to put in a rack of tanks to make it feel less cramped in there, plus expanding into the other rooms of the shop.

Heard about that as well, I can't wait to see the improvements.

+ 1 I agree to all the points above. I will be ordering my new rimless set up from Jason soon. I too wish it would be less cramped and have more selection of fish/inverts, but I hope that the planned rennovations to take advantage of more space will be a huge improvement.

They're knocking down the "shark pond" that never happened, and putting racks in instead. Also opened up an invert room across from the live rock. When they first opened I worried that they were going to try to do too much too soon, but they seem to be doing things right, and things are looking good. It's also a great place to just hang out and BS.

I was there last night, the shark pond is gone now. The invert room is up and running with 4 - 75gal sw tank, and the invert tank. The freshwater room is running, and they are planning a brackish room.

Was there this weekend to drop off a bunch of frags. Which means you should go see them. ;-)
As usual, fun to stop by and of course the Exquisite Wrasse had to come home with me...!
Thanks Jason!

Went to easy today. The new layout is fantastic (I having been since our last swap there). My mom was with me and despite not having a tank Jason impressed her by taking the time to answer questions about livestock. Very awesome store and phenomenal friendly customer service.
