S4 must have a different camera completely then the s3? My s3 hates blue light as well!! I'm looking for a nice real camera to take photos of the tank and inhabitants!

S4 must have a different camera completely then the s3? My s3 hates blue light as well!! I'm looking for a nice real camera to take photos of the tank and inhabitants! You would be surprised at the quality you can get from simply taking pictures with an nice smart phone. I have a Nikon D3100 that I take some pictures here and there and I typically get better pictures from my phone. In my particular case there are alot of adjustments that I need to do in order to get OK pictures with my Nikon. I am constantly playing around with white balance and other settings. I found in order to get some good pictures there is alot of after photo adjustments using a photo editing software needed. Taking a photo in a RAW format allows you to adjust white balance etc after the photo has already been taken. This takes time. Of course there are other things that can be added to help, like certain filters, different lenses etc. but that cost ups up very quickly. For the time it takes to do one picture from the Nikon, I can have about 50-60 pretty decent pictures with my Iphone. Taking pictures can be a dedicated job in itself and when you are looking to get the latest inventory up as soon as possible for customers it always isn't an option.

I bought a 3 pack, macro, wide and fish eye, my phone has a slightly curved back so don't sit well if anyone's interested in them $10 for all including the magnetic adhesive to attach the lenses.

Upgraded to the s4 a couple days ago and even though the camera is a lot better for normal pictures it's not very good at all for tank pictures? Unless there's something I'm doing wrong? I was going to sell my s3 but if I can't figure this camera out I might have to keep it just for pictures?
