Ok, so recently I acquired a 90 gallon tank. I have yet to use it. I'm not planning on using it for at least another 6 months or so. Anyways, so when I hit it the gentleman did point out there are some small chips in the glass on the outside of the front right corner. At first I thought I would just put that corner in the back but then I realized it has a built in overflow so that won't work. So what do I do?! I could just use it as is and chances are no one would really notice (but it would bug the crash out of me personally) also, I was wondering if I could maybe fill it something? Or....lastly, how hard would it be too replace that whole pane of glass? I really don't think the chips are bad enough the effect the structural integrity of the tank. Mostly I just think seeing them there would drive me crazy. Thoughts?

5 minute epoxy? it dries pretty clear and would stick to glass most definitely. just fill in the chips and sand them to a edge to match the rest of the glass and maybe polish a little? either way I don't think it would be a hard visual fix. as long as it's structurally sound? whats the stuff safelite repair uses on windshield cracks? that may even work better I know that dries pretty clear? might be 5 min they use idk?

its up to you, its not easy replacing the pane of glass and not cheap!
you could use some corner molding to cover the corners of the tank paint them to match the stand and canopy it would look nice

Those are both really good ideas! I might actually just do both. Using the corner molding might actually help reinforce the chipped spot too. Just to be safe...Haha
