Does anyone know what this is? It's on my glass, about 1/8" wide. I am mostly trying to make sure it's not something bad, such as a baby aiptasia. Thanks. Attachments:

Could also be snail eggs as well...

I think that's exactly what it is (hydroid). Any idea where I could get a few lynx nudibranch?

Is you system new? They tend to be present after live rock is just added, or the initial setup/cycle I've had them in my tank every time the tank was new with new live rock, they will probably die off.

The live rock was added about 3 months ago

I found two of them, decided to use boiling water in a syringe on them. I'm sure there are more in my rocks, but hopefully they just die off like scoob said

I've had them before, thousands of them all over my glass, they just go away. Seem to only appear after I disrupt the sand bed or rock to much, or have a mini cycle

I have them as well they dont seem to bother anything even though they still freek me out to this day idk what it is about them but i just dont like them! lol everything i've read also says they will die off as soon as all the nutrients in your tank that they like are gone??? idk if that's true but sounds like everyone here is saying they'll go away either way
